It’s called the Block-by-Block Alliance, powered by my team at Pure Expertz.

We’ve officially launched the AI Automation & Alternative Education Division under the Pure Expertz brand.
This division focuses on helping professionals and entrepreneurs learn how to integrate AI, automation, and ethical leadership into their work.

Our programs are designed around three values:

• Competence — practical, real-world AI and business systems.
• Care — using technology to strengthen health, trust, and safety.
• Collaboration — uniting professionals, institutions, and neighbors to do good together.

Funds generated through these programs and community clubs are reinvested directly into local safety and wellness projects, making this a sustainable model for real impact.

🎓 Upcoming Workshop: Aggression Management & Leadership Resilience

Our first major initiative is a partnership between:

The Aggression Management & Leadership Resilience Workshop takes place November 12, 2025 — a dynamic, interactive training designed for:

• HR professionals & Security leaders

• Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs)
• Community and Corporate Leaders

This workshop introduces the CAPS (Cognitive Aggression Prevention System) — a proven approach to identifying and diffusing potential aggression before incidents happen.
