My Journey and Vision for the Future


Stepping into the next chapter of my journey, I’m thrilled to share the story of a life dedicated to relentless growth and diverse experiences. Each step has significantly contributed to my vision for the future, from my foundational years in Poland as an orthopedic technician to navigating the dynamic landscapes of physical therapy, security, and real estate investment. Join me as I unveil my past endeavors and ambitious plans to revolutionize business education, real estate development, and marketing through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.

Early Career and Education

I dedicated my life to working across various corporations and businesses, receiving my main education in Poland. Instead of high school, I attended a technical school where I trained as an orthopedic technician. This education allowed me to enter the workforce immediately. However, I chose to further my studies in physical therapy.

At the age of 18, while my family immigrated to the United States, I remained in Poland to continue my education. This decision marked one of the best times of my life. I thoroughly enjoyed my studies, made lasting connections, and cherished the vibrant social life. Although I eventually had to leave, the bonds I formed and the memories I made during this period are invaluable.

Professional Growth

My professional journey began with diverse roles, including janitor and cleaner. Eventually, I secured a position as a physical therapist, working for an agency that placed me in various locations. One notable assignment was at a workers’ compensation clinic, where we helped patients recover from work-related injuries and return to their jobs promptly.

I also gained experience working in a hospital on the south side of Chicago, though my time there was cut short when the hospital faced legal issues and eventually shut down. After this, I transitioned to a small physical therapy clinic where I managed the satellite office.

Shift to Security and Corporate Roles

Needing a change, I ventured into security, starting as a regular security officer and quickly advancing through the ranks. I worked with Burns Security Services, which was later purchased by Securitas, Inc., managing accounts for Motorola and eventually overseeing performance and training for security officers across multiple locations. This role allowed me to integrate technology into security operations, significantly reducing headcounts and improving efficiency.

Real Estate and Business Ventures

Parallel to my corporate career, I developed an interest in real estate investment. Inspired by various mentors and educational programs, I began investing in properties and learning the intricacies of the market. I joined Andrew Holmes’ Mastermind program, which proved instrumental in my growth as a real estate investor. The networking and educational opportunities provided by this program were invaluable.

I also explored wholesaling and obtained my real estate broker license, although my primary focus remained on investment and systematization. Through these experiences, I developed a deep understanding of real estate strategies and the importance of automation and technology in business.

Future Aspirations

My vision for the future involves several key initiatives:

  1. Glenview Mastermind and Business Academy: I aim to transform Glenview Mastermind into a Digital Business Academy, offering courses and networking opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners. This platform will provide education on real estate investments, business strategies, and the integration of AI and automation in marketing.
  2. Pure Expertz Marketing Agency: Through this agency, I plan to offer advanced marketing solutions, including reputation management, automated funnels, and AI-driven responses. This will help small businesses grow and thrive in a competitive market.
  3. Real Estate Development: I am developing a comprehensive real estate product under Properties Advantage, including property evaluations and strategic offers. This initiative will leverage the expertise within Pure Experts to provide construction and remodeling services, ensuring seamless project execution.
  4. Large-Scale Development Projects: One of my ambitious goals is to develop a sports complex on a 300-acre property, complete with multiple courts, meeting spaces, and, eventually, a hotel. This project aims to create a hub for sports and community events, fostering growth and engagement.
