This session introduces the Critical Aggression Prevention System (CAPS) and demonstrates how to recognize and address early‑stage aggression before it escalates.

Real‑estate consulting, investor relations, and deal‑flow engagements are invoiced through this entity. Although we don’t actively advertise Properties Advantage as our parent company, all real‑estate–related consulting and mastermind activities are handled through it.

Pure Expertz Services, LLC is structured into several core divisions:

• AI Consultancy & Innovation. Under our WSI‑licensed practice, we implement AI frameworks, guardrails, policies and curated vendor solutions for any industry. Our services include AI automation, custom “clone” and agent solutions, marketing strategies, and partnerships with specialist agencies for SEO and digital visibility. The goal is to help clients gain efficiency and eliminate 10–15 hours of administrative and marketing work per week with just a couple of hours of training.
• Business Incubator & Accelerator. We guide entrepreneurs, consultants, and organizations through the adoption of AI and new business models. These programs help people create additional income streams, scale ethically, and operate with long‑term sustainability in mind.
• Health & Wellness Division. We collaborate with doctors, chiropractors, wellness professionals, and gym owners to integrate health and relationship-focused programs into daily life. We’re launching regular morning workout sessions (7:30–8:30 a.m. CT) via the Pure Experts platform and seek volunteer trainers to lead virtual community workouts.
• Community & Co‑Living Initiatives. We develop innovative housing and co‑living solutions by matching homeowners and renters. Although our founder is a licensed Illinois real‑estate broker, that license is not used for listing or transacting property through our platforms. Instead, we facilitate introductions; all parties should rely on their own agents and attorneys for transactions. Deep engagement requires identity verification and background checks.
• Virtual Events, workshops, town hall meetings, corporate training under an AI Academy.
